Keep Celebration Maintenance Requests Moving

A repair can pass through a resident, manager, owner, and vendor. The first useful system makes the next action and promised update visible to the right person.

Trace a few recent repairs

Record how each request arrived, who assessed urgency, whether approval was needed, and when the resident heard back. Keep emergencies on a direct human escalation path.

  • Capture the issue, property, contact, and urgency.
  • Name who can approve cost and assign a vendor.
  • Record the next update promised to the resident.

Start with a small status view

New, awaiting approval, scheduled, blocked, and complete may be enough. Each request needs an owner and next action. Existing property software can keep the formal record while a shared queue coordinates people.

Test an exception

Walk through a changed estimate or unavailable vendor. Check who sees the change and who updates the resident. Start with one team, then compare missed updates and approval delays with its own baseline.
